Now approaching an annual turnover of £200 million, the company continues to invest heavily in its leadership team, operational excellence, and long-term supply chain partnerships to support its ambitious growth plans.
While renowned for undertaking technically challenging refurbishment projects, the business also operates multiple specialist divisions covering major projects, special projects, and regional developments, providing a varied and exciting project pipeline.
The Role
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced and creative Marketing Lead / Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the company's evolving brand and marketing strategy.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll become a key member of the centralised marketing team, taking ownership of the company's visual identity while supporting wider marketing initiatives across the business.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the execution of a company-wide rebrand, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence across every customer touchpoint. Alongside brand management, you'll be actively involved in campaign delivery, content creation, digital marketing, and visual storytelling, helping to strengthen brand awareness, employee engagement, and business growth.
The role would suit someone who combines strong creative design skills with a strategic marketing mindset and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working collaboratively within the centralised marketing team while partnering with departments and business units across the organisation
- Taking ownership of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all internal and external communications
- Leading the company's visual rebrand from initial concept through to full implementation across digital, print, and physical environments
- Supporting the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring all creative output aligns with campaign objectives, messaging, and target audiences
- Conducting brand and creative audits while facilitating workshops to help define brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual direction
- Developing, maintaining, and evolving comprehensive brand guidelines alongside a centralised digital asset management library
- Designing high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, bid documents, social media graphics, email campaigns, project case studies, and internal communications
- Creating engaging multimedia and visual content to support lead generation, thought leadership, recruitment marketing, and brand awareness initiatives
- Managing and enhancing the company website and wider digital channels, ensuring a consistent user experience and strong visual identity
- Managing photography, videography, animations, and infographic assets to support wider marketing campaigns
- Coordinating external creative agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and freelance creatives to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
- Reviewing and approving creative output to maintain quality, consistency, and brand integrity across all marketing materials
- Staying up to date with emerging design trends, digital marketing innovations, and creative technologies to continually enhance the company's marketing output
Required Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 3 years' experience within a creative marketing, brand, or design-led marketing position
- Previous experience working within the construction, property, architecture, engineering, or built environment sector is highly desirable
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand development, visual identity systems, creative campaigns, and multi-channel marketing design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and related creative software
- A solid understanding of wider marketing disciplines including campaign management, digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy
- Exceptional creative flair with a strong eye for detail and visual storytelling
- The ability to work across a variety of design styles and marketing outputs while maintaining brand consistency
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence explaining creative concepts and marketing rationale to stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, collaborative attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality marketing that supports commercial success
- Confident communicator, able to present ideas and articulate creative and marketing rationale clearly
