The Company
We are currently collaborating with a main contractor & that has expertise in a wide range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Educational, Health Authority and Leisure.
Established over 30 years ago, the company now turnover in the region of £30 million and they have established a long track record of great performance within London and the Home Counties.
They are ideally suited for construction works from planned maintenance to £7.5 million new build, refurbishment or fit out works.
The Role
our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their expanding team.
The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of refurbishment and construction projects, including Grade II listed buildings, cut and carve refurbishments, and healthcare schemes, with project values typically ranging from £300,000 to £2 million.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Oversee project teams to ensure works are delivered safely on time and within budget
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Monitor programme performance, quality standards and commercial objectives
- Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures
- Support site teams with planning, resource allocation and problem-solving
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project progress updates
- Identify and manage project risks while ensuring successful project delivery
