The Role
Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Health & Safety Advisor to join their team in Essex creating health & safety policies, conducting risk assessments and investigating workplace accidents.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Promote and ensure safety in the workplace
- Create policies related to health and safety industry issues within the organisation
- Investigate accidents and incidents, conduct risk assessments, and provide training for employees
- Recommend changes to build structures, equipment, operations procedures or other areas of concern to eliminate hazards
- Take steps to make sure that your workplace complies with all relevant local regulations regarding safety procedures
