Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic and approachable Junior Resident Liaison Officer to join their team in Essex.
Previous experience in a similar role and a qualification in a construction related field would be beneficial.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Acting as a friendly point of contact for residents affected by our construction works
- Helping residents understand what’s happening on their doorstep by providing updates and answering questions
- Supporting the Resident Liaison team with organizing meetings, visits, and consultations
- Distributing letters, newsletters, and other communications to keep everyone informed
- Assisting in coordinating access for contractors to carry out works in homes or community spaces
- Recording and resolving resident concerns with a professional and caring approach
- Gaining valuable hands-on experience in customer service and community engagement
